In November of 2013 the duo had the honor to meet and perform for Gilberto Gil, during his US tour. The event happened at Pao Restaurant, a lovely portuguese restaurant in the Village where Veronica and Ricardo used to perform on Monday nights.

Gilberto Gil was in New York doing a performance in Licoln Center and touring in other cities around the country.

Arthur Maia, Gilberto Gil's bass player and special guest on our opening track  Barulho de Trem/Trem Azul invited Gilberto Gil for a private dinner with friends, hosted by Pao's owner Jorge Neves.
